What are your shipping options + cost?
We offer a free shipping option anywhere in Canada and the United States, thanks to our strategic hubs layered across both countries. Additionally, we provide White Glove Delivery for $119, which includes room-of-choice delivery and box removal. For $199, our White Glove Delivery with Full Assembly service ensures your furniture is not only delivered to your room of choice but also fully assembled and ready to use, with all packaging materials removed.
What is your return policy?
At Höft Home, we strive to ensure your experience with our products is nothing less than exceptional. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. For any reason, you can initiate a return of your Höft Home product within this period.
Please note the following return shipping charges:
- $19 per dining chair, counter/bar stool, and nightstand/side table.
- A flat return shipping fee of $98 applies to all other items.
In unfortunate circumstances where items arrive damaged or defective, all return fees are waived. Additionally, return fees are waived for exchanges as well.

We spent over 9000 on several items, and everything was fine except for scratch on the table. Customer service took it forever to respond didnt get back to me for 18hours!!! Then they said it would take 4-5 business days to send a replacement. AFTER ALL MY MONEY 18 hours response 5 business days plss respect people time especially when they spend this kind of money like me.
