We strive to make your order experience as cost effective and stress free as possible. Through our vast networks of warehousing across Canada we are able to offer Free Standard 2-10 business day delivery on all orders Canada Wide. For pre-order items, if a shipping timeline is provided, please be aware that your order will be delivered anytime between the start and end dates listed.

Please note: There is a 1-2 day period to process your order and time to discuss any special accommodations that need to be made to ensure you can safely bring your item(s) inside on your own (or with a few helping hands).

  • If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we’ll deliver to the front door of your apartment whenever possible.Some multi-tenant buildings are restricting access to non-residents — in these cases, our team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they’re safely able to.

  • Larger parcels only such as dining tables and sofas) For apartment buildings and condominiums complexes the courier will deliver the package to the front door of your lobby.
White Glove Delivery + Assembly

Not a fan of assembling furniture? Choose our $199 In-Room + Assembly Delivery service and enjoy your new pieces without the hassle. Here’s how it works:

 

We'll bring your order inside and place it in any room you choose. Our delivery teams adhere to local guidelines, with masks optional in some areas. If you prefer masks and/or gloves, just let us know, and we'll accommodate your request.

 

Our White Glove and assembly service includes inside delivery up to one flight of stairs, placement of furniture in your desired room, full assembly of your items, and the removal of large packaging materials. If you prefer just our White Glove service without assembly, it’s available for $119, offering the same excellent service, minus the assembly.

 

Before the assembly team leaves, please ensure you’re satisfied with your furniture. If you’re unsure, it's important to keep the original packaging and not allow the team to take it, as you won’t be eligible for a return without it.

 

Please note that a delivery appointment and signature are required.

Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area

We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us. However, certain areas are significantly more expensive for us to ship to due to additional fuel and labor costs, so additional fees may apply. While we offer free shipping Canada-wide, this is a rare occurrence, but it can happen.

Please note:

 

This applies only to orders being shipped to remote areas, including Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut. Other locations outside of our standard service area may also be subject to additional shipping fees.

Order Holds & Delivery Date Requests

If you’d like to receive your order at a later date than the estimated delivery window, you can add special instructions at the cart page or send us an email info@hofthome.com. Please include the date you’d prefer delivery on (or after) and we’ll place a temporary hold on your order.

 

We can certainly hold items for you to meet your desired delivery date. While we’re unable to guarantee a exact delivery date we do our absolute best to ensure delivery within a 2-3 day window.

 

Please Note: If an item is currently out of stock and it is for pre order please keep in mind you will be unable to request a delivery date that is before the estimated arrival date.

Unboxing and Box Removal

To avoid complications in the event you’d like to exchange or return your item(s), we ask that you or our delivery partners do not dispose of order boxes. Until you’re certain your Höft Home piece is right for you, we recommend folding the box(es) flat, and storing the additional packing materials.

Split Deliveries
  • If your order contains several items, we typically wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery date. If you would like for us to send out the in stock item prior to the other items please get in touch with us. As we have five operating warehouses across Canada, it is possible that parts of your order are stocked in different locations. Due to this it is possible that your items will arrive at different dates, but we will do our best to have your order arrive together.

     

    Please note: If you live outside of our standard shipping area,additional shipping charges may apply.We may choose to split smaller items which will be shippedseparately via courier (FedEx), (Canpar), (UPS) etc. which may mean you'll receive them sooner than otherpieces in your order.

Cancelations
  • If you’d like to cancel your order, simply contact us and we will cancel your order right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll arrange a full refund. If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us. It may take up to 1-5 business days depending on your credit card provider for your refund to be reflected on your balance.

Refused Delivery
  • Please let us know if you have refused your order at the time of delivery and we’ll be happy to process an exchange for another item that suits your space better. In this case, we won’t charge additional shipping fees, and will simply charge or refund you any difference in price between the products.If the item was refused due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

     

    Otherwise, refused orders will be processed as a return. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you'll be issued a refund of the item's price minus the return shipping cost. If we don’t receive notice of a refused delivery from you, there could be a delay in issuing the refund.

Pre Orders

If you notice an “in stock in X weeks” notice on the product page, you’ll still be provided with an estimated delivery window during checkout. This delivery window is subject to delays caused in-transit. We will notify you via email of any delays once the product is on its way from the manufacturer to our warehouse
