We want you to enjoy your purchase just as much as you do. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy on all Hoft Home orders. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date the product is delivered. If you decide your piece isn't quite right for any reason we are here to help. Please note shipping on returns will not be refunded or paid for by Hoft Home unless the products were damaged or defected


If for any reason at all you decide your piece inst quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. Shipping on returns will not be refunded or paid for by Hoft Home unless the products were damaged or defected. Hoft Home will arrange and pay for the return shipping. The total amount of the return freight will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging we will not be able to safely ship the product and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you decide to exchange that item you will have to pay for your own freight to and from the warehouse.

    All exchanges must be made with the original Hoft Home packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged a 10% repackaging fee per item.

    Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to pick up the items you want returned and we will ship out the new items.

    If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch.

    Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery.

    If you experience issues with your Hoft Home piece, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement.


    Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Hoft Home warranty.
