At Höft Home, we want your experience with our products to be nothing less than exceptional. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, and for any reason, you can initiate a return of your Höft Home product.

 

Returns

 

To initiate a return, please contact a Höft Home representative to schedule the process. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, kindly provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred date for a courier pickup.

 

After completing these steps, our customer service representative will provide you with a return shipping label. Please print the label and securely affix it to the package using clear packing tape. Once the label is attached, simply await the scheduled courier to pick up the items from your location. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a successful return process.

 

To facilitate a seamless return, we ask that the returned item(s) be in pristine condition and accompanied by the original packaging.

 

Return shipping charges are as follows:

 

  • Dining Chair, Counter/Bar Stool, Nightstand/Side Table: $19 per item
  • All Other Items: $98 flat fee per item

For returns made outside our standard service area, a return fee equal to the forward shipping fee will apply. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the products were damaged or defective.

 

We remind our valued customers that the original Höft Home packaging is required to initiate a return. Without it, we cannot guarantee safe transportation or efficiently process the return.

 

Once we receive and inspect your item at our warehouse, provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund. The refund amount will be less any applicable repackaging fees, as well as outbound and return shipping costs.

Free Exchanges

You can exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping for your first exchange of any item is free of charge. If you decide to exchange the same item more than once, you will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees. Our team will work with you to coordinate a convenient day and time for both dropping off your new item and picking up your exchange.

 

If the item you are exchanging costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference when setting up the exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer free exchanges outside our standard service area, but we would be happy to provide a shipping estimate if you contact us.

 

Please note: All exchanges must be made with the original Höft Home packaging. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to exchange or return the item(s).

 

Warranty

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things don’t go as planned. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us.

 

To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product from various angles and distances. If you still have the packaging, include photos of the boxes as well, especially if there's a possibility the product was damaged during transport. If the issue cannot be clearly documented in photos, short videos are also welcome.

 

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with your Höft Home piece, please inform our team. We will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or, if necessary, a complete replacement.

 

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are valid only when products are used for their intended purpose and under normal conditions. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal usage, modifications, or commercial use are not covered by the Höft Home warranty.

Damage After Delivery

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while damage that occurs in the home is not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to offer cleaning, care, and repair advice when possible.
