At Höft Home, we want your experience with our products to be nothing less than exceptional. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, and for any reason, you can initiate a return of your Höft Home product.

 

Returns

To initiate a return, we kindly request that you contact a Höft Home representative to schedule the return. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, kindly provide the agent with your order number, reason for return, and preferred date for one of our partnered couriers to pick up the item(s) from your location.

Upon completing these steps, our customer service representative will provide you with a return shipping label, which should be printed and affixed to the package using clear packing tape. Once the label is attached, simply await the arrival of the scheduled courier to retrieve the items from your household. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a successful return process.

In order to facilitate a seamless return process, we kindly request that the returned item(s) be in pristine condition and accompanied by the original packaging.

It is important to note that the return shipping charge for each dining chair, counter/bar stool, and nightstand/side table is set at $19. A flat return shipping fee of $98 applies to all other items.

Returns made outside our standard service area will attract a return fee equal to the forward shipping fee. Shipping on returns would not be refunded or paid for by Höft Home unless the products were damaged or defective.

We kindly remind our valued customers that in order to initiate a return, the item(s) must be accompanied by the original Höft Home packaging. To ensure a successful return, it is essential that the items are accompanied by their original packaging. Without it, we cannot guarantee safe transportation or process the return efficiently.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient return process. Once we receive and inspect your item at our warehouse, provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund amount will be less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.

Free Exchanges

You can exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping on your first exchange for any item is free of charge. If you decide to exchange that item again (i. E. More than once) you will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees. Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange.

If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange we're unable to offer free exchanges outside our standard service area, but please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping estimate.

please note: all exchanges must be made with the original höft home packaging. If you don't have the original packaging on hand, we will not be able to exchange or return the item(s).

Warranty

Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event, your piece arrives to you in less-than-perfect condition; please get in touch.

To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product from various angles and distances. If you still have the boxes, please send along some photos as well if there’s a chance the product was damaged during transport. If the issue cannot be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery. If you experience issues with your Höft Home piece, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal usage, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Höft Home warranty.

Damage After Delivery

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while instances of damage in the home are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning, care, and repair advice when possible.
