What are your shipping options + cost?
We offer a free shipping option anywhere in Canada and the United States, thanks to our strategic hubs layered across both countries. Additionally, we provide White Glove Delivery for $119, which includes room-of-choice delivery and box removal. For $199, our White Glove Delivery with Full Assembly service ensures your furniture is not only delivered to your room of choice but also fully assembled and ready to use, with all packaging materials removed.
What is your return policy?
At Höft Home, we strive to ensure your experience with our products is nothing less than exceptional. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. For any reason, you can initiate a return of your Höft Home product within this period.
Please note the following return shipping charges:
- $19 per dining chair, counter/bar stool, and nightstand/side table.
- A flat return shipping fee of $98 applies to all other items.
In unfortunate circumstances where items arrive damaged or defective, all return fees are waived. Additionally, return fees are waived for exchanges as well.

I received my table a couple of days ago. I'm very happy with the quality, it's very solid and well made. It arrived undamaged, with all the parts. It was easy to assemble, no problem aligning the holes or tightening the bolts. I love the butterfly extension! It's narrower that I realized but that's more due to the difficulties of judging the size from the written dimensions given.

I can only describe the tabletop since my table arrived without legs. The top looks nice, but hard to use without the rest of it! Hopefully, they’ll send the legs soon
